Jerry Smith of Spiro, Oklahoma was born March 23, 1931 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Bud and Nina (Mastin) Smith and passed away November 29, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 87.
He is survived by two special daughters; Marilyn Williams of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Gail Freeman and husband Lee of Van Buren, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Jonathan Freeman, Courtney Hayes and husband Jeremy, Jarrod Williams, three great grandchildren, Ethan Hayes, Landon Hayes, and Parker Hayes.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; Bud and Nina (Mastin) Smith, and one sister, Emmaline Swafford and preceded in death by his loving wife Lou Smith
He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Murrow Masonic Lodge #49 in Spiro, McAlester Scottish Rite and York Rite.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 1, 2018 at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma with Mr. Justin Warren officiating.
Services are under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.
