Jerry Wayne Wallace of Heavener, Oklahoma was born July 25, 1951 in Birmingham, Alabama to James Robert and Mamie (Gunnels) Wallace and passed away July 23, 2023 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 71.

Landon Dow, Mackenzie Green, Madison Green, and Emma Wallace

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mamie Wallace; one son, Lewis “Wayne” Haggy II; one daughter, Theresa (Wallace) Strong; and one brother, Jimmy Wallace. Jerry was a life-long resident of the area, a man of faith, and a retired truck driver for Hodgen Butane and C.C. Kelly Trucking. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ricky Huggins officiating. Burial will follow in Hodgen Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Ralph Dow, Dennis Babb, Buddy Kelly, Kip Kelly, Denny Kelly, H-Ray Eaton, and Cody Eaton
Honorary pallbearers will be: Landon Dow and Jimmy Craig
Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday.
