Nana filled her life with her family and her animal friends. She was a lover of animals. Animals have a way of finding the people who need them, and filling an emptiness that most are not aware of. Nana loved all animals! It seemed all the dogs and cats that needed love, found their way to her. One of her best friends while staying at the nursing home was Charlie. Charlie was a cat that needed Nana, and Nana needed him. Sometimes we felt like she loved her furry friends more than us, but if you ever saw her with her grandchildren you would know that wasn’t true. She loved her children both big and small. Nana made lots of friends along her journey and I know she will miss you all.
