Joann Harris, of Spiro, Oklahoma was born February 10, 1929 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Vernon and Bettie (Greenwood) Draper, and passed away December 13, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 89.
She is survived by two daughters; Marilyn Tuttle and husband Stan of Arkoma, Oklahoma, Sheri Newby and husband Sam of Pocola, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren; Marcus, Nicholas, Jared, Danialle, Ryan, Stayton, Kelli, eight grandchildren; Lillian, Lucia, Nicholas, Marcus, Kaetlyn, Armania, Jax, Jayce, and one sister; Martha Jean Kennycutt of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Danny McWhirter, one daughter Nancy Arcuri, one sister, and one brother. Joann was of the Baptist Faith.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro with Pastor Eddie Blankenship officiating.
Burial will follow at Spiro City Cemetery in Spiro under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Viewing will be Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 12pm – 6 pm with family greeting friends from 4pm – 6pm.
