Joanne A. Wright of Spiro, Oklahoma was born January 24, 1948 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Harold and Avis (Balzer) Schorg, and passed away April 24, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 71.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Wright of the home, sons; Jimmie Wayne Wright of the home and Jeffery Lee Wright and wife Sharon of Russellville, Arkansas , grandson, Jared of Russellville, Arkansas, sisters; Tammy Bair husband Frank of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Lynnette Linhart and husband Jerry Lee of McCory, Arkansas, Brother-in-law, Kenneth Wright and wife Karen of Spiro, Oklahoma and beloved sister-in-law, Owanna Gail Wright of Spiro, Oklahoma, 7 nephews, one niece, numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, father and mother in law; Hershel and Nadine Wright.
She and her husband Jimmie were involved with the Spiro Booster Club in the past and she retired after 19 ½ years from Dillard’s Department Store in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma.
