Larry was born on August 17, 1953, to Verna Faye (Frazier) Jones and Dillard Elbert Jones. He passed away on August 7, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 72.
On August 27, 1971, Larry married Brenda (Head) Jones in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Together, they shared nearly 55 years of marriage and built a life centered around family and the many memories they made together.
Larry enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed collecting coins, a pastime that brought him many hours of enjoyment. Above all, Larry absolutely adored his grandsons, Hunter and Fisher. Spending time with them was one of his greatest joys, and the special bond they shared meant the world to him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dillard Elbert and Verna Faye Jones.
Larry is survived by his wife, Brenda Jones; son, Chris Jones and wife Angel; grandsons, Hunter Jones and Fisher Jones; brother, Garry Jones; nephews, Garry Wayne Jones and wife Cheyenne, and Jacob Jones and wife Kristin; nieces, Rachel Foley and husband Taylor, and Sarah Robinson and husband Derek; numerous cousins, other relatives, and loved ones.
