Funeral Service for Libby Kowalski, 78, of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 2:00pm, Monday, July 11, 2022 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Vernon Stone officiating.Meveline Lorraine “Libby” Kowalski was born on May 20 1944 in Carthage, Missouri to Lilburn Joseph and Flossie Gilbert (Payton) Still and passed away on July 6, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Libby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Mark Kowalski, two sons, Willy Osborne and Ricky Osborn; her siblings, Homer Still, May Buchanan, Joe Still, Mary Hand, Charles Still, and Troy Still. She owned and operated Ceramics and You in Spiro and enjoyed ceramics, sewing, gardening, and watching her birds. She was happiest when she was loving and caring for her grandchildren.Libby is survived by four daughters, Shirley Cox and husband Kevin Lippold, Sherry Suratt and husband Wayne Jones, Shandle Stavitsky and husband Philip, and Stacey Kowalski; one son, Westley Osborne and wife Shanna; grandchildren, Mandey Miller, Heather Adams and husband Travis, Ryan Cox and wife Letasha, Melissa Smith and husband Jordan, Tyler Kowalski, Madison, William, Wyatt, Madilyn Osborne; thirteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.Viewing will be 12pm – 7pm Sunday with the family greeting friends from 5pm – 7pm at the funeral home.
