Lloyd was born on June 15, 1932 in Gilmore, Oklahoma to Fleadess (Burns) Garner and Clarence Ivy and passed away on November 15, 2022 in Poteau, Oklahoma.
He was married to Judy Ivy on July 2, 1971 in Poteau, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; and son, Joe Paul Walter.
Survivors include: wife, Judy Ivy; children, Kaye McClure, and husband Robin, Doug Walter, and wife Marcie, Bradley Ivy; daughter-in-law, Vickie Walter; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great granddaughter; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters.
