Louis Brewer Jr., 81 of Poteau, Oklahoma was born on October 26, 1942 in Hatton, Arkansas to Alice (Carter) Barnes and Louis Brewer Sr. and passed away on February 6, 2024 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Louis was preceded in death by his wife Betty Brewer, son Louis Smith, grandchild Dusty Carrey, sister Sue Cole, and brother Walter Barnes.
Survivors include her daughter Bonnie Brewer-Dyer; grandchildren Keifer Lang and wife Tracey, Kelsey Dyer and Dakota Carrey; great granddaughters Kopelynn Lang, and Madilynn Lang; Step daughters Penny Carrey and husband Smokey, Celeste Hall, and Annette Frazier; Sister Rosetta Barnes; nieces Geneva Smith, Laujanna Cole, Tina Hoxit and Tammy Ferris; nephews Brian Barnes, and Jeffery Barnes.
Cremation is under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
