Michael was born on November 3, 1941 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Pauline (Dudley) Devlin and Charles Devlin and passed away on April 5, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Janice Paulette (Ray) Devlin on August 23, 1998 in Reno, Nevada. . He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Denny Devlin, and granddaughter, Miranda Thomas.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette Devlin; sons, Joel Thomas and wife Laurie, Jerry Thomas and wife Sheryl, Michael Devlin; daughters, Tamyra Devlin Mize, Tara Devlin; grandchildren, Jake Thomas and Brooke, Jordan Thomas, Nicole Devlin, Shelby Devlin, Mitchell Devlin, Adrianna Devlin, Grace Devlin, Kyler Devlin; great grandchildren, Jackson Thomas, Ember Burkhart, Eden Burkhart, Olivia Devlin, Gia Devlin, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
