Michael Joe Braun of Heavener, Oklahoma was born August 2, 1971 in Phoenix, Arizona to Larry Joe and Vicki (Hoebble) Braun and passed away April 26, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 49.

He was preceded in death by her parents and his grandfather, J.D. Parker. Michael was a long-time resident of the area and a Custom Design Engineer for Midwest Automation in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2021 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Sam Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Hontubby Cemetery in the Hontubby Community under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be from Noon until 7:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Jeff McNew, James Campbell, Michael Tindall, Mark Hargrove, Jake Davis, and Sonny Davis.
