Micheal Wayne Ford, 58, of Poteau, Oklahoma, passed away on December 31, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born June 7, 1967, in Poteau, Oklahoma to Troy and Colene (Odell) Ford.
Micheal was preceded in death by his mother, Colene (Odell) Ford. Micheal retired from Leflore County after 19 years of service.
Micheal is survived by his wife, Kelli of the home, his son, Jason Micheal Ford of Poteau, Oklahoma, his two daughters, Kody Michelle Potter and fiancé Jacob Downing of Poteau, Oklahoma and Olivia Diane Allison of Poteau, Oklahoma, his father, Troy Ford of Big Cedar, Oklahoma; his brothers, Troy Randall Ford of Big Cedar, Oklahoma and Brian Ford of Big Cedar, Oklahoma; his two sisters, Twila Tucker of Russellville, Arkansas, and Darla McLaughlin of Shawnee, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Paislee Grace Allison and Wyatt Lane Allison he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other friends and loved ones.
The Celebration of Life Service for Micheal will be held 5 -7 pm, Monday, January 5, 2026, at The Cedars on Dewey 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma 74953. Visitation and Dinner for family and friends will be from 5-6 pm in The Cedars Event Center. A Private Burial will be held in Vaughn Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Ford, Brian Ford, Jason Ford, Jordan Scott, Jake Downing, and Robert Holbrook.
