Morris Bruce Pipkin Jr. age 77, passed peacefully when he went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 23rd, 2025.
A man of steadfast Christian faith, Bruce lived his life guided by Scripture, prayer, and a deep sense of responsibility to serve others. His faith was not confined to words but was evident in the way he lived, led, and loved. He believed that leadership was a calling, and that true leadership meant service.
Bruce was a respected and trusted community leader who devoted countless hours to strengthening the place he called home. Whether through civic service, local boards, church leadership, mentorship, or volunteer work, he worked tirelessly to uphold moral values, personal responsibility, and the principles upon which this nation was founded. A proud patriot, he loved his country deeply and stood firmly for faith, family, and freedom.
Those who loved him and those who worked alongside him knew him as a man of integrity, wisdom, and conviction—someone who listened carefully, spoke thoughtfully, and acted with courage. He sought unity without compromising truth and led by example, placing the needs of others before his own.
Above all, Bruce was a devoted [husband/father/grandfather], whose greatest joy was his family. He leaves behind a legacy not only of leadership, but of kindness, faithfulness, and service that will continue to impact generations.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Morris Bruce Pipkin Sr and Virginia (Jenny) Louise Pipkin.
He is survived by his wife Nita Pipkin, his children Matthew, Amanda, Cole, Wesley, their spouses Carissa, Daniel, Whitney, Laura and his grandchildren Hunter, Eliana, Mason, Parker, Charlotte, Cora, Charlie, and Ruby.
We find comfort in knowing that Bruce has completed the work God set before him and now rests in eternal peace. As Scripture says, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)
