Nancy was a devoted Christian woman whose love for the Lord was the foundation of her life. Her faith was not simply something she spoke about, but something she lived each and every day. She loved the Lord with all her heart and found great comfort and joy in reading her Bible daily. Of all the books she could have chosen, the Bible was always her favorite, and its words guided the way she lived and loved others.

Church and family were the center of Nancy’s world. She had a kind and caring heart, a genuine love for people, and a special way of making her friends and loved ones feel valued. She treasured the relationships she built throughout her life and was always thankful for the people God placed in her path. Nancy’s strong faith, gentle spirit, and love for others were a beautiful reflection of the Christian woman she was. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Opal Rogers; brothers, Royce Rogers, William Rogers, Johnny Rogers, and Bill Rogers; and nephew, John Rogers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, James Moore; daughter, Lisa Applegate; son, Steven Moore and wife Janet; brother, Carl Rogers; grandchildren, Blake Applegate, Janet Perez, Elijah Perez, and Nathaniel Perez; her dear friend, Debbie Wegert; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many loved ones.

While Nancy will be deeply missed, her family and friends find comfort in knowing that the faith she held so dearly throughout her life has now become sight. Her earthly journey has ended, but her love, her prayers, and the example of her unwavering faith will never be forgotten.
