Norma Sue Odom, 77, of Poteau, OK passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 in Ft. Smith, AR. Norma was born December 12, 1944 in Poteau, OK to Otis & Mattie (Tackett) Kinsey. Norma worked for Whirlpool for 40+ years. She loved her family, especially her great grandchild Kinsley Leeann. Norma loved the outdoors, sitting in her rocking chair, watching the birds at the feeders and hummingbirds on her flowers while drinking her Dr. Pepper.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, James Ronald “Ronnie” Odom of Poteau; daughter Niki Stacy; granddaughter, Destiny Stacy & Taylor Stacy; great granddaughter, Kinsley Leeann Dickens all of Waldron, AR; mother in law, Edna Odom of Poteau, OK; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Graveside services will be 10 am, Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Shady Point Cemetery Pavilion with Jim Cook officiating.
