Funeral services for Orval Ray Mahan 77, will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.

Orval was born on November 23, 1942 in McCurtain, Oklahoma to Joel Orval and Alma (Workman) Mahan and passed away on June 19, 2020.  He is survived by wife, Ranell (Robertson) Mahan of 55 years; his daughter, Nena Tucker and husband Ralph; his son, Travis Mahan; three grandchildren, Trey Tucker and wife Brittany, Cody Tucker and wife Erika, and Kayla Fight and husband John; two great grandchildren, Aliyah and Bentley Tucker and one on the way, Blakely Fight;  his brother, Jackie Mahan and wife Charlene, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.  Preceding him in death are his parents, J.O. and Alma Mahan; his sister, Helen Blaylock; and two grandchildren, Babe and Dalton Tucker. 

Orval was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, of the Free Will Baptist faith, was known for his amazing gift of engraving guns, and he loved his family dearly.  He will be missed by all that knew him.
