Pamela Sue “Pam” Keith Garcia, 41, of Vian, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, at 3:38 a.m.

Pam was born on October 5, 1984, and was adopted at the age of three by her loving parents, Joy and David Keith. She was her mother’s best friend and her daddy’s baby girl.

Pam was always sweet-natured and had a heart that loved deeply. Nothing compared to the love she had for her children and grandchildren. She also had a love for animals like no other. She cared for them with a tenderness that was simply part of who she was.

Pam was raised in church and always believed in Jesus. Her faith remained with her through every season of her life. Even when she was walking through the fire, she was never alone, for Jesus walked with her. Though her family’s hearts are broken by her passing, they find comfort knowing that Pam is now home with her Savior and reunited with her beloved mother and best friend, Joy.

In one final act of love, Pam became an organ donor, giving the gift of life to others even as her own life came to an end. Her generous heart will continue to live on through the lives she helped save. She left this world giving the greatest gift she could give—life to others.

Pam is survived by her husband, Shannon Garcia; her daughters, Emmaleigh and husband Jacob Luttrell of Vidalia, Louisiana; Kaicee Highsmith and boyfriend Aaron Olsen of Greenwood; and Harley Lewis of Muldrow; and her grandchildren, Skylynn and Charlie.

She is also survived by her father David and stepmother Sheila Keith of Sallisaw, sister Misty and husband Eric Jones of Sallisaw; brother Tim and wife Lacey Keith of Muldrow; sister Ida and husband Richie Chapman of Muldrow; brother Barton “Dude” and wife Lindsey Lewis of Muldrow; and brother Dennis and wife Latricia Westfall of Fort Smith, Arkansas, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who loved her dearly.

Pam was preceded in death by her mother and best friend, Joy Keith; her beloved children, Chevy, Ranger, Crispen, and Bentley; her brother, David Buffington Jr; and her sister, Kimberly Westfall.

Pam’s family will celebrate her life on what would have been her 42nd birthday, October 5, at 10:00 a.m. at Woodland Hills Church 810 S. Roland Road in Roland, Oklahoma. Family and friends are invited to come together to remember her, celebrate the life she lived, and honor the love she gave so freely.

Pam may have left this earthly home, but her love, her laughter, her faith, and the lives she touched will remain forever.
