Paul Edward Gallia was born January 22, 1929 in Bowie Texas to Edward and Ruby (O’Neal) Gallia and passed away January 28, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 91.
He is survived by his wife, Ooweetah Gallia, daughter, Paula Tippit and husband Allen, son, Perry Paul Gallia, grandchildren; Michael Tippit, Stephen Tippit, Destiny Fout, Paige Slavens, nine great grandchildren, and his dog and faithful companion, Buddy.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; Ed and Ruby Gallia, sister, Virginia Stom and brother, Billy Gallia. He was a proud United States Veteran of the Marine Corp serving in the Korean War. Paul was a master carpenter and loved hunting and fishing.
Graveside Services will be Thursday January 30, 2020 12:00 pm at Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Viewing will be 1pm – 7pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
