Memorial service for Phyllis Kay Norris of Kent, Washington will be held 12:30pm on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the Old Bokoshe Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.
Phyllis was born on January 17, 1932 to Charles and Mamie Hendrix in Hereford, Texas and passed away on February 18, 2023 in Issaquah, Washington at the age of 91.
