Celebration of Life for Randy Rimer, 55 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 17, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church in Poteau, Oklahoma with Tom Lackey officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Randy was born on September 2, 1967 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Jean (Bost) Rimer and Foy Lee Rimer and passed away on February 6, 2023 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father, Foy Lee Rimer; maternal grandparents, Pearlie and Ora Bost; paternal grandparent, Foy Maddie Rimer; Randy was the President of Protectors Motorcycle Club. He organized a backpack program and did lots of volunteer work in the club. He was know as the bug man. Was in the pest control industry for 20 years. He started his own company in 2014 and business was great. He could fix just about anything. He dreamed of sailing someday. He had discovered the Poteau bin store and was fascinated with it. He also enjoyed magnet fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Kendra Rimer; mother, Jean Rimer; daughter Randi Sue Rimer; sons, Paul Sasser and wife Lacie, Hunter Rimer, and Kane Rimer; sisters, Melissa Loomis, and Shereta Wallace and husband Randy; brother, Kevin Rimer; grandchildren, Adaline, Caylee, Carson, Lane; numerous other relatives, and loved ones.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church in Poteau, Oklahoma.
