Ray Glynn Booher, Jr. of Howe, Oklahoma was born May 15, 1952 in Corona, California to Ray Glynn Booher, Sr. and Mary Francis (Myers) Booher and passed away November 14, 2022 in Howe, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Eric J. Booher. Ray was a long-time resident of the area, a retired Warden with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, and was of the Christian faith. He loved to sing and play musical instruments, was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers and Oklahoma Sooners fan, and enjoyed playing golf. Ray was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-father, brother and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 18, 2022 in Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Sam Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be: Adam Sprayberry, Seth Spraybery, Ross Heizer, Cameron Cardin, Jerry Welty, and Carter Heizer

Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until service time, Friday at the funeral home.
