Rebecca was born on October 26, 1979, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Shirley (Nichols) Clouse and Charles Clouse, and passed away on August 17, 2025, in Conway, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Barbara Misner, David Nichols, Beatrice Clouse, and Charles Clouse.
Affectionately known to her family as “Sissy,” Rebecca loved to play the keyboard and had a joyful appreciation for music. Her keen hearing was legendary—her family loved to tell how she would laugh when they tried to sneak up on her, even on carpet. She treasured her role as an aunt and had a special fondness for anyone who brought her food. Juan lovingly spoiled her with McDonald’s, a Dr. Pepper, or a cookie. Some of her favorite treats were nachos and M&M’s. Rebecca taught those around her the true meaning of compassion and love. The world may have called her handicapped, but her family knows that God created her perfect.
She is survived by her loving parents, Charles and Shirley Clouse; siblings, Bradley Clouse, David Clouse, Deborah Linker and husband Aaron, Richard Clouse and wife Deana; nieces and nephews, Madison Linker, Mason Clouse, Isabella Clouse, Katelyn Clouse, Creed Clouse, Alex Linker, Evan Linker; grand-nephew, Kingston Linker; special friend, Juan Alfaro; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and loved ones.
