Regina Lynn Croft, 46 of Jacksonville, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on October 23rd in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Regina was born November 28th, 1972 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Sheran K. Spencer and Paul W. Croft.
A dedicated mother, she is most known for her fierce loyalty and love to her children and extended family.
In addition to the loyalty she had for her family, Regina served 20 years in the United States Navy and retired as an Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class (AW/SW).
Regina served her country forward deployed in combat zones abroad, as well as assignments critical to the United States Navy/ Marine Corps operating forces. Regina was a friend to all, and her personality was always on display to her colleagues and loyal customers at the Lids store in the Jacksonville Mall.
Regina lived with a vibrant and adventurous spirit. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd, at 2:00 p.m. at Unite Church in Spiro, Oklahoma.
She is preceded in death by her father Paul W. Croft.
Survivors include her mother Sheran Willhite (Spencer) of Spiro, OK. She is also survived by her sons Sean Bryant (Ft. Smith, AR), Doug Bryant (Huntington, WV), and Shane Bryant (Jacksonville, NC). She also leaves behind her sisters Jeanette Glosson (Rock Island, OK), Paula Moore (Spiro, OK), Georgia Anderson (Sawyer, ND), and brother Paul Croft (Broken Arrow, OK).
Regina was engaged to Russell Whaley (Jacksonville, NC).
She was a loving mother figure to his children Taylor Whaley, Brooke Whaley, Michael Whaley, Annabelle Whaley, Russell Whaley Jr, and River Guffey-Whaley.
Her family requests that her life and spirit be celebrated in the same way she impacted so many.
