She was preceded in death by her parents, Emerson and Mary (Franklin) Adams; and her husband, Jerry Riggs.
Robin was a longtime resident of the area and a homemaker. She loved to draw, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. Robin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service to celebrate Robin’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel in Poteau, Oklahoma with Reverend Phil McGehee officiating.
