Ronald Gene Killion, 84, of Waldron & Booneville, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, October 25, 2021, in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. He was born May 31, 1937, in Poteau, Oklahoma, to Clyde and Ruby (Armstrong) Killion. He was affectionately known by his lifelong nicknames of “Blue” & “Judge”.

He was a retired Attorney at Law, & Soldier of the United States Marine Corps; he was a Member of the American & Arkansas Bar Associations. Ronald Gene was elected & served as the Municipal (District) Court Judge for the City of Booneville/Southern District of Logan County, Arkansas, from 1976 to 1984, and as City Attorney for the City of Waldron, Arkansas, from 1999 to 2006.

Ronald Gene was preceded in death by his parents before mentioned; by his wife, V. Nadine Killion of Booneville, Arkansas; two brothers, Herbert & Edward, and, three sisters, Mildred, Bobbie Joe, Linda & Lou.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Jean Killion-Reeves & significant other Joshua Kubicki of Booneville, Arkansas & Denton, Texas; one granddaughter, Hope Elizabeth Cunningham-Reeves of Denton, Texas, many nieces/nephews & grand nieces/nephews, other relatives, & many, many friends.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 - 11am, at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, with full Military Honors, under the direction of Evans Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma, & the USMC.
