Ronald was born on January 11, 1937 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Vivian (Maple) Burgess and Oren L. Burgess and passed away on February 13, 2023 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lula Belle Burgess; brother, James Oren Burgess; daughter-in-law, Lisa Burgess.
Survivors include his children, Rhonda Levy and husband, Lee, Ronnie Burgess and wife, Kammy, Darren Burgess and wife, Shannon; grandchildren, Jeremy Burgess, Ashley McAlister, Jonathon Burgess, Seth Burgess, Jordan Shrock; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Gerry Thornton; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Seth Burgess, Will McAlister, Clayton Shrock, Jeremy Burgess, and Jonathon Burgess.
