Ronald Wayne Killion of Pocola, Oklahoma (formerly of Heavener, Oklahoma) was born June 15, 1954 in Oceanside, California to Herbert and LaJuana (Dobbs) Killion and passed away July 26, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 64.

Four grandchildren:
Blaire Kirkpatrick, Paisley Killion, Scott Brown, and Abby Brown

He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Killion.
Ronnie was a 1973 graduate of Heavener High School, graduated from Northeastern State University where he played football, and attended Heavener First Baptist Church. He also played Semi-Pro football for Sacramento Buffaloes. Ronnie was a teacher at the Pocola Public Schools where he taught Shop, Special Education, Coached, and was a Bus Driver. He was a member of the Choctaw Country Club, where he loved playing golf and collecting golf balls.
He was also a member of the Teachers’ Association. He was an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan. Ronnie loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandpa, uncle, cousin and friend. Ronnie will be dearly missed by many.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Springhill Baptist Church in Howe, Oklahoma with Brother Sam Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Jason Parker, Richard Cheeley, Roger Lairamore, Gary Ollie, and Charley McCroskie.
Viewing will be from noon until 8:30 p.m., Saturday and 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., Sunday.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
