Ruth Ann Pierce, 82, of Poteau, OK passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Ft. Smith, AR. Ruth was born September 24, 1938 in Bethel, OK to Timothy & Rena (Roberts) Samuels. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Rubye Samuels.
Survivors include her sons, Justin Samuels of Poteau, Bobby Samuels, Doyle Hotella and Leon Hotella of Talihina, OK, Phillip Hotella of Arkansas; daughters, Mary Hotella of Missouri, Rose Hotella of Talihina, OK, Samantha Hotella, Renee Combs; numerous grandkids and great grandkids.
Services will be 10 am , Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau. Burial will be at Nanichito Cemetery in Watson, OK. Pallbearers will be Dakota, Dustin, John & Stephen Samuels, Phillip Hotella and Eli Alecka.
The family will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives and friends.
