Funeral Service for Sean Odel Vincent, 55 of Bokoshe, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, Oklahoma with Jim Cook officiating under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.

Sean was born on June 25, 1969 in Bartlesville, OK to Billye Maxine (Tanksley) Vincent and Hugh Ronald Vincent and passed away on September 30, 2024 in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father Hugh Ronald Vincent, grandparents V.E. "Cotton" and Opal Tanksley, Hubert "Hugo" and Vera Vincent, and aunts Connie Jo Tanksley, and Joy Arter

Sean loved to play dominoes with his family, even when they would stack the dominoes so he would win during his birthday parties. He won numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals in the Special Olympics, and  loved to down hill ski and intertubing on the bunny slopes.

Sean was an avid OU fan, he never missed a game, and when they would lose he would always say "wait till next time!"

Sean never complained, even if he was in great pain. He always trusted in the lord and has always been in God's loving hands.

Survivors include his mother Billye Vincent of the home; brother Daniel Conrad Vincent and wife Lori of Springdale, AR; aunts and uncles Melba Horton, Delcina and husband Tracy Saling, Tim and wife Sharon Tanksley, all of Bokoshe, OK and Kaitlynn and husband Matt Carson of Tyler, Texas; numerous cousins, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
