Shane Delaney, 50, passed away on January 06, 2026, in Jonesboro, AR. Shane was born on May 25, 1975, in Monroe, LA to parents Johnny Delaney and Judy (Winborne) Delaney.
Shane had many personal hobbies such as basketball, listening to music, reading and writing poetry and watching tv (specifically cartoons). Along with many hobbies, Shane also had a massive, sweet tooth and imagination that he used to tell many interesting make-believe stories with. he loved his career and worked for many years as a contractor traveling wherever he was needed. Additionally, Shane was proud of his Christian Faith.
Shane was preceded in death by his Father Johnny Delaney.
Shane is survived by his Mother Judy Delaney, his sons Stanton Casey, and Chase Delaney, his daughters Brandi Delaney and Jacey Delaney, his brother JJ Delaney, his sister Robin Delaney and his grandchildren Grayson Turner, Luca Delaney Gonzalez and Crew Casey.
The Celebration of Life Services for Shane will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 18th, 2026, at The Cedars on Dewey 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma.
