Shelly (Ashing) Coffey of Spiro, Oklahoma was born November 6, 1972 to William and Norma (Craig) Ashing in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and passed away January 19, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 45.

 

She is survived by her husband, Darrell Coffey, two sons: Jesse Ortega and wife Storm’e, Brett Coffey, five daughters: Brianna Coffey and husband T.J. Brown, Jordan Ashing, Layni Coffey, Lexi Coffey, Lyndsi Coffey, special niece, LoriAnne, four grandchildren: Colter, Meadow, Taylin, and Kainyn, mother, Norma Haley, father, Bill Ashing and wife Kaye, two sisters: Gayla Smith and husband Charlie, Marla Ashing, and one brother, Trey Ashing.

 

She was preceded in death by her uncle Gary Craig, paternal grandfather, William Ashing, Sr. paternal grandmother, Fannie Spare, and maternal grandparents Jack and Reva Craig.

 

Shelly attended the Green Country Cowboy Church.

 

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Unite Church in Spiro, Oklahoma with Brother Kane Riggs officiating, burial will follow at Nubbin Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.

 

Visitation for Shelly will be Monday, January 22, 2018 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5 p.m. – 7p.m.
