She was preceded in death by his mother, Imogene Slagle.
Shirley is survived by her aunt, Sue McBride of Wister, Oklahoma, her uncle, Louie Slagle of Poteau, Oklahoma; one son, Scotty W. McDonald of Cameron, Oklahoma; two daughters, Amy J. Richardson, Poteau, Oklahoma and Hope A. Hancock of Bartlesville, Arkansas; two sisters, Marsha L. Murray of Wister, Oklahoma and Gigi D. Murray of Poteau, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Elija. and Aiden L. Richardson of Poteau, Oklahoma, along with many other relatives and friends.
