Private family services for Sonya “Sandy” Gay McCrea, 55 of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Sandy was born on March 10, 1968 in Charleston, West Virginia to Carol Sue (Martin) Tomack and James Ernest Godby and passed away on June 3, 2023 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Sue Tomak; father, Ernest Godby; son, Michael Godby; her fur baby Khloe Ann and all the rest of her precious fur babies.
Sandy, our Mom, Nana, Sister, Aunt, Daughter and friend she loved big, never met a stranger, but she made a huge impact on every person she ever met she will never be forgotten and will be missed by so many WE LOVE YOU FOREVER YOUR, FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Survivors include her daughters, Ashley Williams and husband Ryan, Amber McCarty, and husband James; sons,Nicholas Stanley and wife Kimberly; sisters, Mary Godby and twin, sister Tonya; brothers, John Brent; 30 grandchildren and many more that she claimed; great granddaughter, DaizyLee, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
