This wonderful man was born on August 3, 1954 in Indian Bay, Arkansas to Betty Jane (Bell) Mitchell and William Clois Cooper and passed away on October 13, 2024 at his home to be with the Lord. He was a retired pipe fitter.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Clois Cooper; mother, Betty Jane Mitchell; and brother, Randall Clois Cooper.
Stanford was survived by his wife, Debra of the home; 3 sons, Brandon and wife Brittany, William and wife Brooklyn, and Chris Cooper; 13 grandchildren, Dylan, Katie, Kylan, Serena, Elizabeth, Anthony Stanford, Landyn, Jadyn, Chaslyn, Leland, Titan, Rex, and Isabella; 2 great grandchildren, Cash Lee Cooper and Maisyn Rae Cooper.
He is also survived by 4 sisters, Carolyn, Sheila, Mary, and Betty Jo; 3 brothers, Tim, John, and Aaron; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He will be dearly missed. Till we meet again.
Cremation will be under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
