Timothy Lee Millard of Poteau, Oklahoma was born November 13, 1973 in Des Moines, Iowa to LeRoy and Mary (Tuttle) Millard, and passed away August 28, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 45.
Tim is survived by his father LeRoy Millard Jr., two sons Devin Millard and Ivan Crisanto, two grandchildren Baxter and Hunter, two brothers LeRoy Millard III and wife Cherie, and Tommy Millard as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and loved ones.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother Mary, and a sister Teresa Millard.
Funeral will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Grace Memorial Chapel in Poteau.
Viewing will be Friday 12-7 with the family greeting friends from 5-7 at the funeral home.
