Wade Qualls passed away on September 17, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on April 17, 1929, in Latham, Oklahoma to Jim and Lilly (Tubbs) Qualls.
Wade loved hunting and was a true horseman and treasure hunter. He was a devote Christian whose faith was an important part of his life. Wade loved to have fun and cut up with family and friends, and he never missed an opportunity to play a joke on someone. His fun-loving spirit and sense of humor will be remembered by all who knew him.
Wade is survived by his children Rick Qualls of Thailand and Loretta Knight of Shady Point, Oklahoma; his brother, JL Qualls and wife Melba of Shady Point, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and host of beloved friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty; his son, Robert Wade Qualls; his brothers, Quentin Qualls and Wilford Qualls.
The Celebration of Life Services for Wade Qualls will be held privately by her family at a later date.
