He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Wilford Rose of Waldron, Arkansas and his maternal grandmother, Shanna Parker of Bates, Arkansas.
Zachery attended K-12 at Greenwood Public Schools and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. He was employed with BioRad Laboratories in Hercules, California, where he resided at the time of his death. Zachery was last seen and reported missing on February 3, 2018 at the age of 27. His remains was recently found and identified on September 19, 2020 in Fairfield, California.
Zachery loved outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, rafting, skiing, playing music, and spending time with his friends and co-workers. He is deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Larry Free officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
