The Lady Bisons (23-6) used a 20-0 first-quarter run to build a double-digit advantage they would never relinquish. Harding forced SAU (14-15) into just 2-of-16 shooting in the quarter. For the first half, the Muleriders shot 19.4 percent from the floor and missed all 10 of their 3-point tries.
Harding’s five starters accounted for all 64 points. Four reached double figures. Josie Williams led the team with 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting. She made four of the team’s five 3-point field goals. First-Team All-GAC selection Sage Hawley added 17 points, eight rebounds and two blocks. Fellow First-Team picks Aubrey Isbell contributed 14 points and a game-high seven assists while Rory Geer recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

The Lady Bisons improved to 20-11 in GAC Championship play. The two-time champions became the third GAC program with 20 Championship wins. Southwestern Oklahoma State leads with 21; Arkansas Tech also owns 20 wins.
Harding advances to its GAC-record 11th semifinal. The Lady Bisons will face Oklahoma Baptist or Northwestern Oklahoma State in Saturday’s second semifinal. They swept the regular-season series with the Bison. They split with the Rangers – each winning on the opposing team’s home floor.
