New dynamic, in-depth storytelling content to spotlight leagues, ways to play, players and behind-the-scenes tech and equipment experts.

IRVING, Texas – The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced the latest installment of Future For Football, a cross-platform mixed media campaign created to celebrate the positive impact the game has made on millions of players, coaches, administrators, volunteers and fans nationwide.

This season, Future For Football will continue to celebrate the individuals, organizations and communities who positively impact or are impacted by the sport of football. The campaign’s in-depth storytelling content will highlight leagues and players around the country, the many ways to be involved in the game on and off the field, as well as those behind the scenes advancing technology and equipment at all stages to take the game to the next level.

“The NFF Future For Football initiative continues to do amazing work, showcasing the growth of football and its positive impact in thousands of communities nationwide,” said NFF President & CEO Steve Hatchell.

Since its inception in early 2018, Future For Football has evolved into a key initiative of the NFF. Through its news bureau function and robust content, it has engaged many people who are part of the game, as well as the entire community that surrounds football including parents, media, and passionate fans. The campaign’s efforts have produced nearly 1,500 original content pieces with more than 8.4 million minutes of video viewed and its storytelling has engaged millions of individuals on FacebookInstagram and Twitter.

Additionally, the campaign’s website offers unique resources for those looking to get involved, including a national league finder for youth football, equipment recommendations, advice from experts in areas including rules and officiating, safety, technology, and more. It also features the State of the Game, an in-depth report with recent statistics, facts, and research compiled to provide organizations with a more complete picture of the sport.

The campaign has received more than 40 national awards for excellence in marketing and communications, including the 2022 Webby Award for Best Social Campaign – Sports Video Series, awarded for the original series #MakeYourPlay.
