Joseph was preceded in death by his bonus dad, Neil Stapleton, and his brother, Jim Blemmel.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Judy Blemmel; his father, Gerald Blemmel; his bonus mom, Deana Stapleton; his son, Riley Watt; his daughter, Hailee Watt; his brothers, John Watt, Dustin Poteete, and Tim Poteete; and his sister, Jessica Watt.
