NORMAN — For the 13th consecutive season, Oklahoma men's golf is set to tee off in an NCAA Regional as the Sooners open the Rancho Santa Fe Regional on Monday, May 13.

Oklahoma is the No. 3 seed at the 14-team, 54-hole tournament that serves as the preliminary event for the NCAA Championship, which OU has advanced to every year since 2011. The top five teams and the low individual not on a qualifying team will attend the NCAA Championship, scheduled for May 24-29 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.

With their selection, OU has earned a top-three seed in each of the last six years and was the nation's No. 1 overall seed in 2021 and 2022.

Pac-12 champion and third-ranked Arizona State was awarded the top seed at the regional, followed by No. 10 Washington on the second line and the Sooners at No. 3. Also making the trip to The Farms are top-50 teams in No. 22 Cal, No. 26 Oklahoma State, No. 34 North Florida, No. 38 Chattanooga, No. 46 South Florida and host No. 50 San Diego. Additionally, West Virginia, Kansas, Wright State, Seton Hall and Winthrop will all vie for spots at the NCAA Championship in Rancho Santa Fe.
