RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the first men’s golfer of the week awards for the spring portion of the 2025-26 season. Harding’s Jose Manuel Peralta earned the accolade following his showing at the Houston Classic.

Peralta posted three rounds in the 60s to finish third in the individual competition. He carded three-straight rounds of 3-under par 69. The Bisons finished second in an event that featured six top-50 opponents. He made 14 birdies – most amongst the Division II competitors. He led the field in par-3 scoring and tied for the top par-4 scoring average in the 90-player field.
