RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the women’s and men’s golfers of the week for the second week of the 2024 spring season. Henderson State’s Allie Bianchi earned the Women’s accolade and Ratio Visuttipinate claimed the Men’s honor.
#theGAC WOMEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Allie Bianchi, Sr., Henderson State, Allen, TexasBianchi led the Reddies to a second-place finish at the The Southern Invite, their first event of the spring season. She took fourth in the individual competition. She recorded rounds of 3-under par in the first and second rounds. She made 11 birdies between those two rounds. She played the back nine in 6-under par for the tournament.
#theGAC MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Ratio Visuttipinate, Sr., Henderson State, Rayong, ThailandVisuttipinate tied for 14th place at the Rattler Invitational with a 54-hole score of 5-over 221. The Reddies took sixth in the 14-team event. He opened with three birdies and an eagle as part of an opening round 1-under 71. In the second round, he made two birdies and his second eagle of the event in posting an even-par 72.
