RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the softball weekly award winners for the ninth week of the 2025 season. Southern Arkansas’ Regan Dillon garnered Player of the Week and the Muleriders’ Brinson Rogers won Pitcher of the Week.

#theGAC SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Regan Dillon, LF, Southern Arkansas, Jr., Bryant, Arkansas
Dillon helped the Muleriders earn a sweep of Henderson State that extended their win streak to 19. In game one, she hit a game-winning home run in the bottom of the ninth inning. In game two, she hit a go-ahead three-run home run in the sixth inning. In the finale, she went 3-for-3 with two home runs and four RBI. For the series, she went 6-for-10 with eight RBI.

#theGAC SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK – Brinson Rogers, RHP,  Southern Arkansas, Sr., Statesboro, Georgia
Rogers became the first Division II pitcher to reach 20 wins this season after she went 2-0 against the Reddies. In game one, she threw a 9.0-inning shutout. She struck out eight and walked only one as she extended her scoreless inning streak to 65.0 innings. In her second start, she struck out seven in 6.0 innings of work. Her 188 strikeouts rank second in Division II.
