OKLAHOMA CITY — Continuing to take care of business at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Cup Group C Stage Event, the U.S. Women’s National Team (WNT) remains undefeated after claiming a 9-0 run-rule win over New Zealand. Maya Brady highlighted the U.S. offense, tallying a 3-for-4 day at the plate, including a solo shot in the top of the fifth – her second home run of the tournament – while six additional Eagles turned in 2-for-3 performances.

Team USA will be back in action tonight with a matchup against China at 7 p.m. CT. The playoff round is slated for Sept. 16.
