Ya know I try to keep this article within an hour or so driving distance from Panama-ha-ha (some will get that). But there is an awesome family-friendly two day event going on in Eufaula on Friday 30th and Sat. 31st that is worthy of mention! Just an Hour from here, it’s a community event that is open to the public and it’s free. There will be Food trucks, games, vendors, waterslides, Frisbee golf and cornhole competition. And 4 hours of Live music.

It has an extra special line-up of Live Music on Sat. 31st that’s so good that I am gonna git up and go. I don’t know who picked the bands but kudos to them. It covers all my favorites-Country/Blues, 90’s Rock, BLUES and straight up Country. At 5pm, “Greg Jones and the Regulators”- 6:15 “Rock City Jukebox”- 7:30 “Buddy Shute and the Motivators” and 9pm “Tom Buller & just Plain Trouble”. It’s a super evening of music!
Now, I got a heads up from my friend, Ralph Hert, mostly cause he was excited to be a part of the line up, but I suspect that it’s because he will prob be asked to be a part of 3 of the bands, at least for a special guest appearance. Ralph blows a mean harp and can find a pocket in Country blues, Blues blues and straight up Country.
Greg Jones has a set bout living and loving, loss of both. This great singer/storyteller with the Regulators can make ya feel a song. He’s got a laid back style of picking that compliments his vocals that it will just draw ya in. You will love this set.
“Rock City Jukebox” plays your favorite songs of the 90’s. Juke box hits! Great show with a band of talented singers and musicians.

Buddy Shute, a seasoned Memphis musician, brings the Blues to life. The Motivators lay down the beat and the groove for something like the Memphis Soul Stew. You will dig the band.
Singer/songwriter from Nashville, Tom Buller, has his own style that catches your attention and then your heart. He sings happy and then sad, lively and then just barely living songs. All in a Randy Travis/George Jones/ Willie mix and makes it his own. If you like Country, you will love this band. “Tom Buller & Just Plain Trouble”. Awesome show.
So make plans on being there. It’s for the whole family and free. Check out “Camp the Cove” on fb.
