After last week’s frigid temps, Arctic Circle cold, I have discovered that the “Feels Like” comment that Darby Bybee talks about is NOT relative below 20* and above 95*. Don’t tell me what it feels like. I can’t tell any difference in cold ‘tween 15* and 8*. The dawgs still freeze to the ground, it’s too cold for ‘maters and my veggie soup is still deeeelicious! Sidenote: ya can pull an extension cord and a hair dryer and dawgs come unstuck in about a minute. Sidenote #2: Do NOT pour hot water on an ice covered windshield. Don’t ask why, Just DON’T.

But starting tomorrow, we will be above freezing. Much more in my comfort range and I am grateful for these Oklahoma winter days. Makes me wanna get ready for ‘mater season. This year I won’t whine ‘bout flies or ‘skeeters. On the matter of ‘mater and such, I found some purple sunflawer seeds. Purple! I can’t wait. I haven’t grown a record sunflawer in a year or two. My personal best has been 11 ft. 7 inches. So watch for pics on fb. OK, ‘nuff bout the weather or me. Let’s talk Live Music.

The Autism Awareness Benefit is coming up on March 22nd. It will be hosted by C.P.R.C. and “The Bards”. And thanks to the Rough Day Brewing Co. for supporting Live Music, family nite activities and several deserving charities. We do ‘preciate it
