“Hillbilly Vegas”- Well, Whatta ya do after several chart hits, several tours to England and Scotland, more great reviews with their picture on the cover and a lil’ time on their hands? This band straps on the guitar and lets the creative juices flow. This time it will be an album instead of a single. That will give the next tour more excitement, exposure and more first time fans to add to an already solid fan base when they play at Maid of Stone Festival in July.

Stephen Harris/singer-songwriter for HV was kind enough to take a few minutes to answer questions. Every tour is getting better. The fan base is expanding and loyal, the venues are bigger hence more exposure, getting to know the area now and learning from previous journeys to England, better hotels and better food. I guess Kidney Pie could get old. New album- great time in the studio recording and producing more than just a single. It will give a few new tunes for their show. It keeps the band tight and creative between tours. And this time out, there will be a 3 man crew to help with equipment and such. The Road Dawgs of “Hillbilly Vegas” have been busy and are rested and ready for the next round. If ya listen real close, ya can even hear tunes from the new album wafting on the Winter Winds of SE Oklahoma. Thanks, Stephen. It’s always a pleasure to chat you up!
