Friday, the Poteau Chamber of Commerce had the honor of joining LeFlore County Youth Services for the official ribbon cutting of the Onward Upward Daycare and Youth Center, located at 505 N McKenna, Poteau.
This incredible facility is designed to serve the children and families of our community with daycare, afterschool programs, and full-time child care—providing a safe, enriching environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive.
The turnout was outstanding, and the energy in the room was full of hope and excitement. Onward Upward isn’t just a name—it’s a mission. With dedicated staff, engaging programs, and a bright new space, this center represents a powerful step forward for youth services in our area.
We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with LeFlore County Youth Services and look forward to seeing the positive impact this center will have on generations to come.
