The Budget Board of LeFlore County, State of Oklahoma, met in a Regular Business Meeting on January 3, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. with the following board members present:
Member Cody Covey, Member Jamie Oliver, Member Vallard Campbell, County Clerk Kelli Ford, County Treasurer April Caughern, County Court Clerk Mindy White, County Assessor Deana Morrison, and County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry.
The following action was taken by the board:
(1.) Member Cody Covey called meeting to order.
(2.) Motion was made by April Caughern and seconded by Kelli Ford to approve minutes from the previous meeting held December 12, 2022. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
(3.) Motion was made by Cody Covey and seconded by April Caughern to approve appropriations as presented and are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
(4.) Transfer(s) of funds. None presented.
(5.) Motion was made by Rodney Derryberry and seconded by Kelli Ford to appoint Cody Covey as Chairman to the LeFlore County Budget Board. Motion was approved, all voting yes. Motion was then further made by Mindy White and seconded by Kelli Ford to appointing Jamie Oliver as Vice-Chairman to the LeFlore County Budget Board. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
Motion was made by April Caughern and seconded by Cody Covey to adjourn. Motion was approved, all present voting yes.
